U.S. EPA is proposing new air quality regulations that will affect small businesses and area sources with miscellaneous parts and products painting operations, autobody repair operations, and paint stripping operations. U.S. EPA has published the proposed rule in the Federal Register and is requesting comments from the public and the regulated community. This is your chance to review the proposed rule and submit comments to EPA before it becomes final.
